ABOUT US

We don't bring any cleaning materials or equipment with us. This ensures no cross contamination between customers and enables you to choose your preferred cleaning products and materials. We will of course suggest what we think is best if you need advice.

Normal sessions are 3 hours but we will do 2 hours for smaller properties. Larger homes may require more. Mornings or afternoons as preferred. Cleaners will normally arrive between 9 & 10 in the morning or 12 & 1 in the afternoon.

You will normally have the same cleaner for every session so you only have to show them around once. Some of our customers have had the same cleaner for over 10 years.

Payment is by cash or cheque after the cleaning session. All cleaners are employed by Homeclean so we look after PAYE, paid holidays, sick pay, maternity pay, pension contributions.

All our domestics are fully vetted and we are happy to provide references & testimonials if you require them.

No long term contract. Stop & start as you require with just 24 hours notice.

Public Liability £2,000,000. Employers' Liability £10,000,000.
